Directly behind the Sieg waterfall, some smart and creative people have opened the ELMORES beer garden and lounge on the old copper works site. There are many bizarre things to discover. The break is also enriched with many tasty snacks or waffles and cakes in the afternoon. If you like, you can also enjoy one of the numerous well-made cocktails. We had only planned a short break and ended up staying at this great location for 90 minutes. On this bike tour, in our opinion, an absolute must.

Tip

A pretty little retreat with benches and history. In addition to the saint whose eyes were (allegedly) healed here, other healed people have also immortalized themselves with stones.

A highlight of the slate mine is the opportunity to descend 20 meters into the tunnel.
