ビレ川沿いの道はグラベルバイクで走るには本当に大変です。しかし、ビレ川沿いの景色はただただ美しく、のどかなので、それでもお勧めします。

The narrow hiking trail leads mostly directly above the Bille river through a beautiful forest... There are frequent magnificent views of the idyllic Bille flowing by.

The Billetal nature reserve is located on the western edge of the Sachsenwald forest. Numerous, truly idyllic hiking trails meander along the river, which is cool even in summer. The Bille provides a habitat for brown trout and grayling. Surrounded by alluvial forests, wet meadows and tall herbaceous meadows, the area is home to numerous plant and animal species. The old beech forests along the valley slopes are particularly beautiful.

Beautiful area with great paths...

No special skills required.

Initially it goes under a motorway bridge and this path is really strange and not recommended. You will then be rewarded by the beautiful nature along the Bille.

7.99km, Witzhave, Oher Weg, moderately difficult hike. This tour is not recommended. Due to massive forest management, many paths have become completely disintegrated and water collects in the ruts. On 3/4 of the route the noise from the A24 is too intense. In reality, there is nothing to enjoy in terms of untouched nature; the "forests" have become ugly due to felling, with more stumps than trees. Only the first 1.5km of the way back along the Bille is reasonably nice, before the A24 starts to roar again. If you are looking for peace and quiet and want to enjoy the (untouched) nature, avoid this hike. There are 1,000 better ones.
