That was the reason for this tour: easy and flowing at first, but then there are a few very nice switchbacks, some of which are quite tight. You can see that on the map 😉

Very intense and technical descent with some steep sections. Rocky with a few steps. Well built and maintained! I would rate a rock section as S3. That's fun!

Scullenwäg is not a classic MTB trail descent, but a well-made but sometimes not very easy enduro line with a real bike park feeling. It's great what the locals and the MTB Club Freiburg have done there👍 If you approach the route with the necessary respect, it's easy to drive on. A helmet is a must and for beginners and intermediates a few protectors are certainly not a mistake. Spring deflection >100mm on the fork would be recommended if you are not already at the start with a corresponding fully.

Single trail between the edge of the forest and pasture. Nice view. In places loose subsoil and roots. Certainly possible with a hard trail, with a fully it's guaranteed to be more fun.

The President-Thoma-Weg has to be given the attribute "Eisenwade" uphill - if you can ride it completely (on your own !!!), you can rightly assign yourself to the créme of MTB artists. However, the section below the Thomas Hut is so rocky that this feat is likely to remain unfinished ...

Flowiger Trail, dotted with a few steps, a two natural ramps for some Air Time along the way and many tight switchbacks. The trail brings a lot of fun and is definitely worth a recommendation!

Great singletrail peppered with something more challenging root and stone passages and beautiful flow sections. Is particularly well suited to drive on the "single trail (yellow diamond) to the Black Forest clinic" on.
