The Frau Hitt-Jöchl is an impressive pass in the Karwendel Mountains, known for its striking rocky peak that resembles a female figure. Here you can enjoy breathtaking views of Innsbruck and the surrounding Inn Valley as well as the imposing peaks of the Karwendel Mountains.

This is a really nice hike. The summit can be climbed from both sides, so it is also suitable as a circular route. However, it requires fitness and surefootedness. If you're a bit afraid of heights like me, you'll have to swallow 3 times, both on the last climb and in the first few meters of the descent. But there are rope insurances that are very helpful and voila, I mastered it 😇

Very nice path but not as easy as expected because there are small stones on which you can slip and in places you almost have to climb

If you come from the Starkenburger Hütte you have an easier way than if you came from the other side, this is secured with a little steel cable. But not bad, you don't need any climbing equipment. A very nice peak
