The Penkkopf is one of the local mountains of the Salzburg sports world. Since 2024, it has officially been part of the Stoneman Taurista with a new stamping point. This is accompanied by a completely new section of the route that has two great trails to offer: the Hirschleiten Trail and the Penkkopf Shared Trail.
