Unfortunately, the upper part of this trail is no longer rideable because a large tree has fallen and is in the way (see photo). The tree will probably not be removed, and the surrounding area is increasingly looking like a jungle.

Nice trail 😊🦊

The Schmückekammweg includes a very beautiful but also demanding section for experienced mountain bikers. Inexperienced people should drive this section carefully and attentively, or rather push it. This single trail is narrow, partly curvy and has roots. It's downhill on one side of the path. You can definitely test your own driving skills. And if you get through well, you also have a lot of fun.

Awesome trail that really deserves the name "single trail". Partly very narrow and flanked by tall grass, towards the end with great views of the wide open country.

The descent down the southern slope of the Drachenschwanz requires bike control and driving skills. Deeply washed out gullies are paired with a few steps and are garnished with plenty of loose rubble. An ideal line for descent without a brake can hardly be identified. Unless you have monster suspension travel and nerves like wire ropes, then the downhill is short but pretty awesome.
