This spot is quite accessible from Sollana or the very touristy El Palmar. It's reached by road, with the final stretch being a well-maintained dirt track. It's a small port for fishing boats with access to the Albufera lagoon in Valencia. Being mostly clear of reeds and trees, it offers excellent views of the Albufera, and there's also a viewpoint that climbs high for birdwatching and an even better view. You're almost guaranteed to see plenty of ducks and other local birds.

This is a magnificent vantage point from which you can appreciate, in addition to the flora and fauna typical of this area, the changing nature of the rice plain. You can climb (a ladder) from the front or via the surrounding ramp. It begins with a steep slope (approximately 10%) and ends the last few meters at 19%.

The Garrofer spring is a spring where water, coming from the Agulles aquifer, flows happily through two pipes and is channeled to an adjacent washhouse. Despite the warning that the water is not potable (as it is not chlorinated or subject to any health control), thousands of Alzire residents travel up to thirteen kilometers and sometimes form long queues to fill their water jugs.
