The Miradouro de Sebolido is located in the parish of Sebolido, in the municipality of Penafiel, near Porto. The Dólmen das Meninas do Crasto 3 is an ancient Neolithic funerary monument. It was part of a complex of megalithic burials. Although its structure is partially altered and the cover slab has been removed, it remains a significant testimony to the prehistory of the region, inserted in a route of archaeological interest.

This path descends through the valley of the River Bestança along one of the old roads that lead to the Prado area. The Bestança rises at Portas de Montemuro and flows into the Douro: 13.5 kilometres of crystal-clear water, it is one of the purest rivers in Europe. Its ecological balance sustains otters, trout and genets, while since ancient times, mills scattered throughout the valley have used its waters to grind cereals, especially corn, preserving a valuable rural heritage.

On the road that connects Porto with Entre-os-Ríos, the Sebolido viewpoint is located on a small natural hill protected by railings and offers a magnificent panoramic view over the Douro River.
