マーラの天然記念物・トップ20

下りは同じ道を通ってPortet d'Ondaraに戻ります。下りは東側のアクアダクト（水道橋）の古い道まで行きました。こちらは西側からの登り道に比べてかなり険しいです。勾配は約40%まであります。植生と、見えにくい黄色い道標のため、しばしば立ち止まって道を探すことになります。石積みの標識やGPSが方向確認に役立ちます。全体的に進みは遅いです。アクアダクト道の麓にある道標がすでにそのことを示唆しています：Portet d'Ondaraまでの約800mに1時間10分。

景色は一見の価値があります。ただし、夏（30度を超える場合）は早朝のみの登山をお勧めします。そうすれば、午前11時には下山できます。私は西側（朝は日陰）から登りました。Portet d'Ondaraまでは、道はまだなんとか認識できます。そこから頂上「Cim de Segària」までは、道も地形も認識が難しく、足元に注意が必要です。険しい地形と鋭い石のため、しっかりした登山靴が役立ちます。トレイルランニングシューズでも可能ですが、かなり傷みます。頂上までは、道を探すか、部分的に完全に消えている黄色いマークを探す必要があります。地図によると、道はT2（SACスケール）に分類されています。道の視認性が悪く、険しく鋭い石があるため、私は少なくともT3を推奨します。部分的に、いくつかの大きな石を登ったり、大きなジャンプをしたりする必要があります。

An approximately 1 km long area within the Sierra Segaria, which contains various caves - the Cova Fosca is of course the largest, most famous, and most spectacular!

One of the ideal towns for mountain biking in the Marina Alta is Castell de Castells. From there you can climb to the Cima del Cocoll. It is an ascent of moderate difficulty in which you can climb to the geodesic vertex which is next to a forest observatory. From the top there is a beautiful panoramic view. The route to this summit can be started from Benigembla. Or, from Castell de Castells passing quite close to the natural area of Els Arcs. The last section towards the Cim del Cocoll along the PR-CV 427 runs near the Paraje de Els Arcs. In fact, you begin to climb along a track in good condition at just over 722 meters above sea level that leads towards the location of the Corrales de Plans d'Aialt. Although, the first 400 meters along this track do not have a slope. There is no doubt that it is a spectacular natural environment. And, walking along the track that leads to Cocoll, you will also see Es Crestall and Es Pla de Sa Cova.

Medium difficulty is an understatement! We are in good shape and really fit, but this tour was difficult. Partly there were no paths, it was more of a climbing tour on the mountainside. Good shoes and a head for heights are a must!

Beautiful tour, worth visiting for sure!
