I think it's a shame that everyone is only focusing on the beautiful bathhouse. The lakeside promenade has so much more to offer. Unfortunately, I forgot to photograph it, otherwise I would have liked to post a few pictures. Now, take this as an incentive and take some nice pictures of the promenade.

Bollenwees at 1471 m above sea level is a beautiful mountain restaurant directly at the Fählensee

Very beautiful mountain lake at 1447 m above sea level, which, like the Sämtiser and Seealpsee, is part of the Alpstein. Ideal for cooling off after a hike. When there is no wind, the mountains are beautifully reflected in the water.

Very nice place for a little break

A very nice bathhouse on Lake Constance.

The food was simply great!! Huge and delicious portions and the bread at breakfast was to die for!!

Berggasthaus Bollenwees with a view of the Alpstein peaks and the beautiful Fähnerensee is always worth a trip / hike. A jewel in the Alpstein. Via the LSB Hoher Kasten and the geological hiking trail, which gives many instructive insights into the Alpstein and the geology, a beautiful moderately difficult circular hike back to Brülisau.
