Long Woman's Graveの駐車場は、なだらかな上り坂の頂上にあり、丘陵地帯の景色を眺めるのに絶好の場所です。北から来ても南から来ても、道は変化に富んだ地形を通っており、カーブを曲がるたびに新しいパノラマが広がります。記念碑で「Long Woman」の物語を読むために少し立ち止まる価値があります。この神秘的な雰囲気が周囲の環境に完璧に溶け込んでいます。 上り坂では交通量がほとんどないため、自然とカーブでの自分のライン取りに完全に集中できます。さわやかな風と湿った草の匂いが、この上り坂にちょっとしたアクセントを加えています。ただし、道路の状態が常に良いとは限らないため、特に雨が降った後は注意が必要です。 頂上に到着すると小さな休憩所があり、一息ついて次のステージに向けてエネルギーを補給するのに最適です。新たな活力を持って出発する前に、少し休憩を取るのに完璧な場所です。

The hike to the Cloghmór Stone feels like a journey through time. Over 10,000 years ago, the ice brought this massive granite block from Scotland here, and now, weighing an estimated 50 tons, it towers majestically over the landscape. But it's not just the geology that's fascinating - according to legend, it was the giant Finn McCool who threw this enormous stone over Carlingford Lough. To be honest, the legend is a much more exciting explanation, isn't it? Once you've reached the top, you'll not only be greeted by the imposing boulder, but also by a fantastic view of Carlingford Lough and the surrounding hills. It's the perfect place to pause for a moment, take in the vastness and enjoy the peace that this place exudes.

A beautiful secluded clearing in the Oak forest. The message on the bench is pretty apt for any trail runners who have slogged up the hill!
