The source of Salomone is a cold water spring located in a bend of the Garigliano River. An excellent place to regenerate during a bike ride or to cool off on hot days. It is accessed via a dirt road of a couple of kilometers. It is a completely natural area and there are no services nearby.

Lovely little lake, which could be better looked after.

Surrounded by the greenery of the Gianola Park in Formia, there is an enchanting natural inlet. Once used as a fishpond in Roman times, the area was then transformed into a picturesque marina. This site, now part of a protected area, offers visitors the chance to explore the historic remains of the maritime villa of Mamurra, testimony to the region's rich Roman past.

The Conca della Campania waterfall comes from the Rivo di Conca stream. During the seasons with more rain the stream and therefore the waterfall carry more water. However, the environment is always very interesting and particular, given that everything comes from the (extinct) volcano of Roccamonfina.
