Nice dirt road on a compact surface near the Big Bench of Castellarano. I don't recommend the bench because I hate it and find it horrible.

There are several things to say about this track. First that it is a long single track for mtb, which is normally covered downhill from Vosignolo towards Viano. I obviously did it backwards, in gravel, and I recommend it only to hike-a-bike enthusiasts, because a couple of kilometers of uphill portage await you - paying attention and respecting downhill mountain bikes, I recommend. In the other sense I think it is also feasible in gravel with generous tires, but some passages are difficult and technical, so evaluate your driving skills and still be prepared for a few meters of bike on your shoulder.

Nice singletrack that descends from Ca' Speranza, take it before Baccaro on the left. The trail is well maintained and has four jumps (all avoidable).

Trail from the bench you go down and after a steep climb you come to the asphalted road .. turning right you go towards the Grande Quercia
