This trail isn't listed on Komoot, but it's entirely rideable and perfect for mountain biking. It connects Riolunato to the springs without ever touching asphalt except for a few very short stretches. It's sheltered from the sun.

Descent for Enduro very flow, of low difficulty indicated as BLUE. It starts from a blueberry meadow and then crosses the woods along the Chierroni ski slope. The initial part is the most challenging due to the stony and unstable bottom.

Among the paths of Abetone Gravity Park this descent is one of the easiest dedicated to Downhill. It is indicated as BLACK but it is also feasible with ENDURO bikes. Suitable only for experts with everything you need. N.B .: the start of the route is not marked and it is not easy to find. Starting from the refuge, go down the path having the mountain on the right, arrived at the first sharp bend you have to stop and go up pushing the bike (the exact point is next to the snow cannon). The beginning of the descent is challenging then it becomes easier
