View of three valleys and Mont Blanc

Beautifully situated on a hill, this lake provides refreshment in the summer heat.

On the way to Colle di Bardoney, turn right towards Lago di Loie. With a bit of luck, you might see chamois and ibexes. The panoramic view is magnificent.

After crossing a bridge, you come to a grassy plateau (at an altitude of 1745 meters, also the highest point of this hike), from which you can admire the third and most beautiful cascade of the waterfall, which is particularly impressive due to the spectacular flow of the water and the impressive rock layers that formed the waterfall. Very nicely done, geology fans will also get their money's worth here. The best time to visit is in the mountain summer, i.e. from June onwards.

Small but nice - of course ideally located for a trip on a Sunday afternoon.
