In summer you can leave your car for free in the large car park of the ski lifts

Recommended for downhill to avoid the road. I strongly advise against it if it is wet or even worse Wet due to the compact stony ground that makes it very slippery also due to the slope.

Always a great place for a souvenir photo

Reachable after 45-50 tiring minutes of uphill walking, as the road is entirely asphalted and sunny. Unfortunately the path in the forest was dedicated to mountain bike descents.

In the heart of Val Gerola, Pescegallo is a hamlet of Gerola Alta located at 1425 meters above sea level. A ski destination (alpine skiing or ski mountaineering) in winter, in summer it transforms into a destination for cycling enthusiasts.

Masterpiece of good will: hats off to those who took the time and resources necessary, with the help of a small excavator (you can clearly see the traces) to level, widen and clean up a good three-quarters of the mule track from the various landslides which (as of October 2023) is now easily (and pleasantly) accessible by MTB. BEWARE of the balance in some sections: there is a void underneath!
