A very flowing trail for Palmerian conditions, but it is divided into two parts by a gap jump of around 5 meters. The jump can also be bypassed on the right and after that it gets dark as the path winds through dense undergrowth to the exit. ✌🏻🚵🏻‍♂️🤘🏻

One of the best bike tours on La Palma The MTB route in La Hilera is well known for being the link between the Crestería de la Caldera Route and the famous Volcano Route, forming the most spectacular, tough and exciting trail on the island: the GR-131. The summit row is a path that leads from the Refugio (from where this path is taken) to the Roque de los Muchachos, this being a section of the long-distance trail GR-131 called El Bastón (ridge, summit row, route volcanoes) A very good trail that runs along a forest track that is the dividing line of the island. An easy path for any type of hiker, although it must be taken into account that there are practically no shadows. From above you can see a beautiful panorama of the two sides of the island.
