I confirm that the physical level is high. Very good cardio workout. Above all, don't leave too quickly. Requires basic technical skills: crossing a steep slope, rolling on roots, knowing how to read the trajectories. That said, excellent ground for progression. Possibility to ride by sector. Not recommended for beginners. This is by far not a flow trail.

"The mountain bike course in the Fahy forest is a relatively demanding course in terms of physical condition but rather easy technically. A panel with all the recommendations for use is located at the start, about 100m after the adventure park. Station 🚞, parking 🅿️ free in summer, bike wash station, toilets 🚾, drinking fountain 🚰, games (chess, mills, pétanque) and Gryon Parc for children (minigolf, car, train, etc.): the point of ideal starting point for mountain bike tours in the region. 2 minutes from the gondola 🚡.
