ツァンフルーロン氷河の麓、標高約2500メートルに位置するキャバン・デ・プラロシェは、ディアブレレ山塊の石の砂漠における不可欠な前哨基地です。木と石でできたこの建物は、侵食によって形成された石灰岩の独特な亀裂である「ラピエス」が支配する月面のような風景に完璧に溶け込んでいます。サンネシュ峠ツアーを歩く人々にとって重要な休憩地点であるこの小屋は、風の音だけが静寂を破る高山の環境で、暖かく質素なもてなしを提供します。テラスからはヴァレー州の山々の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができ、この人里離れた一角を囲む広大な溝のある平原と永遠の氷河の雄大さを瞑想するのに理想的な場所となっています。

Beautiful climb from Ovronnaz through very well-marked paths. The CAS Diablerets cabin has a very modern design. Some of it has retained its period charm. Beautiful descent from the east and return to Ovronnaz through some passable sections to relieve limbs and knees!

If you are looking for a thrilling and scenic hike in the Swiss Alps, you should check out Devil's Quille. A path takes you across the Tsanfleuron glacier, from where you can admire the view of the Diablerets mountain group and the Oldenhorn summit. The trail ends at the Tour Saint Martin, also known as the Devil's Keel, a rock spire that rises above the glacier. The hike is easy to moderate, but you should follow the marked trail and wear appropriate shoes. You can also enjoy the free Ice Express chairlift and the world's highest toboggan run at Glacier 3000 Station. This ride will make you feel like you're on top of the world!
