そこまでの道は、道の脇の駐車場から始まります。自転車でも石まで行くことができ、道は草が生えていますが走行可能です。 崖沿いの道からの脇道もあります。

The southern tip of Langeland (Dovns Klint) boasts a wealth of diverse elements. This patch of land by the rough waters is a colorful mix of cliffs, coastal forests, sandy and pebble beaches, moors, lakes, bird sanctuaries, hills, colorfully spotted pastures, and, last but not least, the wild horse herd of Søgård.

It's a special experience to discover a herd of up to 60 wild horses, consisting of stallions and mares of all ages. Mating and foaling can be observed throughout the summer months, but especially in April and May. During harsh winters, the horses are fed straw. They are also under constant observation, and if an animal becomes ill, a veterinarian is called. The wild horses live in a herd of approximately 60 adult animals with a lead stallion and mare. However, the lead stallion must be replaced occasionally to prevent inbreeding.
