Lac Vert in Haute-Sorne is a small artificial lake located in the Jura mountains, formed by the Sorne river. Now what do Biel and Venice have in common? Exactly water. Of course, Venice has a little more of it! But otherwise... exactly bridges. And there is that in Biel...no idea, the city administration would probably know about it. But it's less about the total number and more about the arched bridges on the beach promenade. I think they are gorgeous! You can spend your time comfortably here, be it in the café or bring your own, just dangle your feet in the lake (your soul will imitate you unnoticed) or even risk a swim...?! Nice place to just take a breather or invest a whole day, stroll, swim, read, sunbathe, discuss with good people...endless!
