You shouldn't jump into the water from here, as you might hit your head on the rocks.

The best way to enter the water is via the old concrete boat ramp. It's a great place to snorkel, see reef fish, turtles, and much more.

Beautiful natural refreshment pool, which can be reached via a "dangerous trail". The path itself is not difficult to manage, only the descent to the 'Venus Pool' is a bit tricky for inexperienced hikers. There are plenty of parking spaces on the left hand side shortly after crossing the small bridge. Walking time around 10 minutes.

Off of Hana Highway and out of site of many people, this secluded waterfall is nestled in a bamboo forest with a large pool for swimming and shores for soaking in the sun!

Waioka Pond, often referred to as Venus Pool, is a natural tide pool. The picturesque and secluded spot is known for its crystal-clear waters and scenic surroundings, including lava rock formations and lush vegetation.

Keālia Pond National Wildlife Refuge is a salt marsh with a long boardwalk, picnic tables, restrooms, and shelters. This 400 acre refuge is home to over 30 species of birds. In the summer the pond shrinks to half its normal size leaving behind a salt crust.

This is the first of the Seven Sacred Pools, or 'O'heo Gulch pools, which cascade down the length of the Pīpīwai Trail.
