Larry & Penny Thompson Memorial Park and Campground, open daily from sunrise to sunset, offers 270 acres of South Florida woodland near Zoo Miami. Along Bill Baggs State Park, you can find boardwalks that offer views of Biscayne Bay. It’s a great place to spot birds or simply watch the fishermen.

Myers Bayside Park is a small park with benches, picnic tables, and a pier overlooking Biscayne Bay. It offers basic facilities like restrooms.

Miami Marine Stadium is a historic site built in 1963, originally used for boat races and events. Its distinctive design and views of Biscayne Bay make it an interesting place to stop by.

Cade Boulevard runs parallel to the Collins Canal right across Miami Beach. Over the other side of the canal from this spot is Collins Canal Park which you can access by crossing the canal at either of the two bridges before, or after this point.
