For runners specially there is a Parkrun community in Hagapark. You can join the community via strava and connect with more people. People practice in this park daily from stretch of 5K to 21K , at different pace , and at different hours of the day. Mix of gravel, flat surface and also elevations added at points. you can see deers, swans and ducks in this park. Beautiful nature and well surrounded running path by trees, lake.

There is now also a kayakomat here for renting canoes/kayaks.

A small meadow full of life here. Students, kids and families come to make BBQ, swim and play sports. You can find different spots to hang out if you prefer a quiet area

Djurgården is an island, a district and a park area in the east of Stockholm. Unfortunately, the noise level from the motorway on the other side of the lake is considerable. I cannot understand why they built a glass wall there instead of a proper noise barrier.

Known as Lappis Beach, Ekhagen strandbad is one students most favorite places in Stockholm. There is a sand beach next to the clear water and some BBQ-spots. From small gatherings to big parties, there are student events at this beach almost every day.
