The dam at the small Stockweiher offers a wonderful view over the lake. Here, the water level is regulated, which would increase steadily due to the natural inflows of the Stockweiher. The large and small Stockweiher form a contiguous waters, they are separated by the Saar coal channel, but connected by the three tubes (Les Trois Ponts).
