Very difficult summit, 10% average for 12km from Le Bourget du lac, no respite. The view at the top is worth it and in high season there is a restaurant bar for refueling.

On the large island of Parves, Nattages and Massignieu embraced by the two arms of the Rhône, lovely view point over the Dent du Chat, Mont Charvaz, the Rhône, the Savoyard and Bugiste vineyards and the Grand Colombier massif.

Mont de Cordon is a 401m high mountain. It houses the Château de la Barre which dominates the Rhône and would have once controlled its passage. For only 401m in height, it offers spectacular views.
