From this spot you get a truly amazing view to the mouth of the dramatic Pasaiako bokalea, or the mouth of Pasaia Bay, is a natural harbor located in the Basque Country of northern Spain. Flanked by the towns of Pasai San Pedro and Pasai Donibane, it serves as the entrance to one of the region's most significant ports. The bay is renowned for its picturesque setting, with steep hillsides and traditional Basque architecture lining its shores.

Tip top lake for a picnic break, be careful when we arrived the water level was low in the middle of summer, but not too many mosquitoes and plenty of shade to rest by the water

It is a vital infrastructure for the water supply to San Sebastián. Located in a protected natural environment, it is distinguished by its impressive landscape and rich biodiversity. If you visit the area, it is definitely worth stopping to admire its stunning beauty.

This pretty lake is nestled at an altitude of 330 meters in the hollow of a wooded valley. Designed in 1928, its dam allows the distribution of water for the towns of Urrugne, Hendaye and Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Swimming and fishing are prohibited but the lake offers superb picnic spots.

It is an ideal place to take a break and enjoy the landscape. Here, you will find vending machines, bathrooms and public toilets, a fountain, and a recreational area.
