Refuge in a splendid position

Long but not difficult climb, first part almost flat, then slight climb, last km becomes steeper but never exaggerated and with recovery points. Area sometimes covered, sometimes not, good asphalt.

Breathtaking view of the sea and - if you are lucky and the gastronomy is already open - certainly a worthwhile rest for a cool refreshing drink.

Not stopping here for a cold beer is a mistake not to be made

A breathtaking view of the Ligurian Sea and the surprise of finding the shelter open for a quick snack (November 2022)... A place accessible to all that definitely deserves to be visited.

Spectacular visit to Rapallo and the Gulf of Tigullio

Nice refuge managed by the Rapallo alpine group. It does not offer a restaurant service except during events and celebrations. When it is open inside you can admire old photos and alpine tools. Easily reachable even by 6-year-old children thanks to a short very panoramic climb that starts from the asphalted road of P.sso della Crocetta where you can leave the car (parking practically absent but tolerated along the road)
