Le Cornate di Gerfalco（標高1060-1081 m）は、トスカーナ州のメタリフェレ丘陵の最高峰であり、グロッセート県とシエナ県の間に位置しています。Cornate e Fosini自然保護区の一部であり、トスカーナ諸島からコルシカ島、アペニン山脈まで見渡せるパノラマを提供しています。

I Poggi di Prataは、広大で丸みを帯びた石灰岩の丘陵地帯で、頂上は草地で覆われ、斜面の大部分はオークと栗の木で覆われています。これらの丘陵地帯は、丘陵地帯の南東の麓に細長い丘の上に位置するプラタの町にちなんで名付けられました。主な頂上は2つあります。最も高く目立つ頂上であるPoggioneと、同名の町を見下ろすPoggio Croce di Prataです。
