Yeah: You're totally blown away by the fantastic view of Etna and the great descent, but also totally exhausted and hungry. And then suddenly this hut appears! Inside, it's so cozy and inviting, and the friendly host cooked a delicious portion of pasta especially for us. There was even a small workshop corner with some spare bike parts. If I understood correctly, this hut is run by an association and is usually staffed, especially on weekends. More information wasn't possible due to the language barrier.
