Met during our tour, little water

A rather scenic waterfall with a small natural pool. Approach carefully, stepping from rock to rock.

A small waterfall, presumably seasonal. Excellent for its scenic effect, but also useful for quenching thirst and, above all, cooling off (you could almost take a shower).

I would add that at the beginning of the Cornolo-Sant'Antonio path, going down, there is a staircase that is not exactly negligible and that there are a couple of points that are really a bit difficult, although technical. Furthermore, what is marked on the Komoot map as a "secondary road" leading down from Cornolo is VERY secondary and is interrupted by a landslide (permanently, I would say).

If you are climbing in summer with the sun beating down, it is worth stopping for a moment to enjoy the coolness before continuing the climb.

The Val Sambuzza waterfall is a splendid waterfall that you meet along the route that from Carona leads to the Fratelli Calvi refuge and the Fratelli Longo refuge. In summer it is the perfect spot to cool off, while in winter it is a sight to see it frozen.
