Particularly beautiful in winter when the fog covers the central plateau.

Lake Biel, Lake Murten and Lake Neuchâtel. When the view is clear and unobstructed, it's a real eye-catcher in blue among all the green. But you need good eyes to see Lake Murten in the middle.

The view from the Chasseral is always worth it, especially during the week when there are not so many visitors.

Large and free parking lot in close proximity to the restaurant.

Small continuously asphalted residential street, partly very idyllic through forest and field. On the plateau above Alfermée you have a very nice view of Lake Biel and the wide countryside. Halfway through there is a gate called "Baselstei Tor" in the very small town of Baselstei on the left, where you have to get off and pass the turnstile. Then it rolls again :-)

If you walk down the ridge from the tower to the east in April, you will inevitably enjoy the large fields of daffodils around Les Prés-d'Orvin. Beautiful combination 👍🏻
