Despite the rain and wetness, it was an unforgettably beautiful dream tour for us 🤩🥰! A little sense of direction, a love of light scrambling, and appropriate footwear are all a good idea 👍

You can walk through the dramatic rocky gorge, passing through the narrow passage between the cliffs. At the bottom of the ravine there is a wooden deck with tables and benches, and a fantastic view over the island of Åstol. Look out for wild mouflon sheep and some of the many rare plants that grow here.

The Alingsås "Health Path" (Hälsans Stig) is a lovely walk for everyone around Nolhaga along the river Säveån to Mjörn, Tallhyddan and Fågeltornet. North of Nolhaga Park, the path passes between rock walls. This gorge between the two wooded hills that form the Nolhaga nature reserve is called Klämma.

The path indicated on the Komoot Map leads over several steep, wobbly ladders up the cliff, along a small stream of water if it has been rainy. Good shoes are a must and some scrambling experience is quite helpful. Do not attempt to go up or down if it is/has been freezing! Up is easier than down, definetly dangerous for small kids, so plan accordingly. Very close to Skäktefallet, which is always worth a visit

The walk up is definitely worth it, the crevice with the boulders is impressive and the view from the top of Vetteberget over the harbor and the coastal region is fantastic.
