Regional, natural, delicious - these are our values and the core of our work. We are the Dietz family. Carolin is an agricultural engineer, Alexander is a forester. Our organic farm is located in the south of the Swabian Alb between Albstadt and Sigmaringen. We do what we do with joy and full conviction. You can taste it: we have won the German Cheese Prize several times with our organic goat cheese. It all started with two goats over ten years ago. We enjoyed the cheese dairy and our interest in goat farming grew. It quickly became clear: our organic cheese was a great success! The fan base grew and we had to make a decision. Organic cheese production as a new branch of the business The decision was easy for us. In 2011, a new, comfortable goat barn was built. In 2013, we finally officially took over Carolin's parents' farm. We now have a farm shop, a farm cheese dairy and 80 dairy goats. Nice barbecue area right next to the shelter. This place is in the forest and does not offer any direct views.

In the middle of the forest between tile rocks and the town of Hettingen. Low prospect. Very nicely restored and can also be used as a shelter.

Not far from the caves there is a beautiful barbecue area with a shelter, the Schelmenburg barbecue area. There is even an extra small hut with split firewood 👍👍 Winterlingen - Zollernalbkreis

Self-service farm shop, daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. This is very practical for hikers and cyclists. On the organic farm, the milk from their own goats is processed into delicious cheese. At the weekend there are baked goods from the stone oven. Of course you can also see goats here - it's especially nice for children.
