It doesn't get any better than HAm described - the entire 2 km long section is pure adventure, but please be careful - it's not entirely safe either, as it's partly steep on greasy ground and - even worse - steep goes down.

There is no longer a bridge here. On hot days you can enjoy cooling off here. The path down is not easy to walk. You definitely have to be sure-footed and wear good shoes.

Seven Bridges Way: Hidden path, not easy to walk on, especially after rain, which is no longer maintained and is probably only maintained as a beaten path by individual hikers. Partly very muddy; the bridges, with the exception of one footbridge, are virtually non-existent or unusable. You have to shimmy down and back up the steep slopes at the ditches yourself. In some places the path can hardly be seen anymore, parts have slipped away. Absolutely sure-footedness required, if you like it a bit adventurous, you will like it 😁 Hiking sticks are helpful. If you can enjoy that, you can expect a wonderful expedition through a small jungle, at the end with crossing a ford, in which at least the shoes can be cleaned a bit again 😃😉

Location and history: The Tiefklinge is located about 600 m -700 m west of Lichtenwald-Hegenlohe, at the intersection of the Seeteichweg and the Tiefklingenweg. the deep blade, like every blade, has a small notched valley caused by water and debris erosion and usually side valleys of larger valleys. They form short, narrow, but steep valleys without a valley floor. The further deepening through erosion and receding erosion is mainly caused by the water from rivulets and streams and their gradient and can still be observed today. Erosion, sedimentation and transport are mutually dependent. The name "Klinge" for small notched valleys is said to come from the noise of the streams during high water. Another interpretation says that the valleys were struck as if by blades. In the whole of south-west Germany, including the Swabian and Franconian Jura, small notched valleys are known as the Klinge, Tobel and Klammen. When you are alone in the forest, the splashing of the water is wonderfully calming and relaxing. A very nice route through the forest, I can only recommend it!

Location and history: The Rappenloch area is located in the district of Aichschieß in the municipality of Aichwald in the Esslingen district. The Rappenloch area is north of Krummhardt. The Rappenloch area is a conservation area and is part of the Aichwald conservation area. The main protection purpose is the preservation of the diversity and beauty of a typical Keuper mountain landscape of the Neckar area, which is characterized by cliff-rich sandstone slopes with natural beech and oak forests. The Rappenloch area with its importance as a habitat for numerous, sometimes rare plant and animal species characterize the value of this landscape. The "Aichwald" landscape protection area and thus also the Rappenloch area came into effect on July 30, 1980. The name derivation is unclear.
