The horseshoe-shaped "Tiefes Reitgaar" is a small natural lake south of the Lower Saxony town of Neuenhaus. This legendary and mystical body of water lies at the end of a dead-end road leading off Reitgaarstraße, called "Zufahrt Reitgaar," in the Grasdorf district. It is a refuge for waterfowl. A wooden table with two benches is provided for relaxing.
