However, you can only reach the actual Galenbecker See in very few places

The lake is very quiet outside. There are many small bathing spots and a jetty. On the lawn there are barbecue areas and a few benches. In the evening the mosquitoes that are on the menu come.

The small bathing lake is called "Schmiedegrundsee", a quiet place without a big hustle and bustle.

At and in the Jatznicker Erdkuhle, our children often went swimming with their families. I myself sometimes stop there away from the noise of the street when I drive via Jatznick.
