For fresh air fans

The "Wormser Hohl" (Worms Hollow) is located in the Bordsberg Nature Reserve. Even those familiar with such naturally created hollows will be fascinated by this paved one. Information panels along the way explain this phenomenon. There's also an interesting wine trail between this hollow and the Mörstadt roundabout!

Losboden is the dust of the Ice Age.

Beautiful shelter made entirely of wood, a break or a picnic is ideal here.

The only preserved ravine in the region. This hollow was created over many centuries by washing out the loess soil. In times of war it also served as a refuge and some bandits hid here. Today the hollow is an important habitat for many animals, especially rare insects and amphibians.

Hollow paths can be found in several places in Rheinhessen, e.g. like here at Mörstadt and especially many at Mettenheim. It's fun to drive these, even if it is not particularly gentle on material.
