The information board tells the story of the long journey to the present day – through the Nazi era, re-establishment, and reconstruction. Today, there's space here again to rest, play, and enjoy. 📍 Tip: 🏡 Read the history – it makes the Nature Friends' House a special place with depth.

⚽️ Halfway along the trail is this beautiful forest playground – nestled in nature and featuring swings, a seesaw, a wooden tower, and hiding places. Those traveling with children are sure to linger here for a while. Some of the Leitersweiler beeches are over 300 years old, but unfortunately their lifespan is also limited and some of these impressive trees have fallen in recent years.
