Nice little stop when the weather is good. The hut is not necessarily suitable for several people, so not a large weather shelter. But it's enough for one :-)

The Jungle Baumweg is an approx. 61 hectare forest area in the municipality of Emstek. The trees get their original shape from grazing with sheep and pigs. The forest is characterized by giant trees, partly dead trees, ferns, mosses and creepers. The area has been protected as a nature reserve since 1935 and Flore-Fauna-Habitat (FFH) since 2000. - At this point there is a small refuge, we took a little fruit break and then turned towards Cloppenburg.

The hare is really beautiful from Quakenbrück and the bike paths there are mostly super smooth asphalt. Just great!
