Over the course of many centuries, the sharp iron-shod wheels of the oxcart dug deep ravines into the slopes of the Alb. That was particularly easy in the fine-grained iron sandstone of the Dogger. (Source: information board on site)

A beautiful hiking trail located in the forest. Also suitable for children, as the tour is not that long and, with several rocks that can be found along the way, also invites them to play and linger. You don't notice anything of the 270 meters in altitude (which the app calculated for me). The route is also popular with bikers, and there were a few on it yesterday.
