A rest area lovingly maintained by local residents, which can also accommodate larger groups. The public restroom is always clean.

Birkenplatz and Birkenhütte are a beautiful landmark in Rüdershausen. We stumbled upon this lovingly maintained rest area by chance and used it for a break during a bike ride. The entire complex is beautifully designed, with plenty of seating and restrooms. What's striking these days is that there are no signs of vandalism. 👍

On the roof of the cowshed a stork's nest with 4 storks. How beautiful ♥️🍀

Great, well-stocked farm shop. Tasty ice cream, Bentheim pig products, honey, jam, eggs, chilled drinks and much more. Seating in front of the hut with a view of the Weser. A rest is highly recommended 😄
