A fantastic cycling and hiking trail leads along here, amidst beautiful nature 💚. A break by the lake is highly recommended; if you venture deeper into the forest, you'll find a bench where you can rest and enjoy the view. Swans and ducks 🦆 feel right at home here.

Water from Deinster Mill is fed into the trout rearing ponds and the other ponds via a sluice gate. The sluice gate runs directly beneath the Deinster Mill building. The sound of the rushing water is very pleasant. A visit is highly recommended 👍🏻.

Gut Deinster Mühle: Hotel, golf school, golf course, restaurant, and trout & seafood. A trout farm has been operating on the Deinster Mühle property for many years. Three fishing ponds are available for recreational anglers. Hiking trails and bike paths are located nearby. A restaurant and an osteria are available for a great get-together with friends. Old walls - new celebrations The Alte Lohmühle (Old Loh Mill) has been available for rent as an event venue since May 2025. Best regards, Conny 👋🏻

In those days, this was still a working farm. Farming ceased many years ago. Today, the renovated cowshed houses the conference center of Gut Deinste.
