The summit cross on the Eisenberg is a bit difficult to find. If it hadn't been for the "Save the Eisenberg" campaign, you definitely wouldn't be able to reach the summit cross by bike, horseback or on foot. There is a small book at the summit cross that you can sign in.

The Rimberg in the Knüllgebirge is a 591.8 m high, massive mountain near Gehau in the district of Hersfeld-Rotenburg in northern Hesse. There is a service station of the same name on the A 5 and there has been a HR transmission mast up on the summit for many decades.

The Bilskuppe a noticeable elevation near Maar in the Vogelsbergkreis. With an altitude of 403 meters you have a good all-round view on the hilltop covered with bushes. The climb to the summit is short and steep. The notch height (is a measure of the independence of a summit) is 90 meters.
