Rakow Castle was formerly a one-story manor house with a park and a fruit and vegetable garden. The owners were the von der Lühe family for a long time, until Baron von Sell was named as the new owner in 1782. The former estate is now privately owned again. It is to be expanded into a Best Western hotel resort with an attached residential park.

The stylish Villa Ulmenschlößchen is only approx. 300 m from the Strandstrasse promenade The Ulmenschlösschen holiday complex is harmoniously embedded in the bathing architecture of Kühlungsborn and inspires our holiday guests every year. The castle and the park are listed buildings and after the complete renovation there are holiday apartments here. It is privately owned and the park is "semi-public".

Very nice castle, which was built around 1850. In the castle near Kröpelin, a Rostock family who bought the castle in 2012 wants to create apartments, art offers and a small café.
