Information: From a landscape architecture perspective, the grotto, nestled in the park's wild, mountainous terrain, evokes the impression of untouched, romantic wilderness, thanks to a barrel vault hewn into the rock face and constructed of rubble stone.

The singletrack is now heavily overgrown in many places. Young birch trees block the view of the trail. Otherwise, the trail is easy to ride and offers a few manageable challenges even for mountain bike beginners. You should only dismount at the end, as there's a rather eroded section downhill to the left.

Many people are still unaware of the Sechserschlucht in the Küchwald. The facility, which includes bridges, stairs and benches, was built in 1906. It is located somewhat secluded, 50 metres after the roundabout junction in the direction of Borna. The transformation of the Küchwald into a park was the result of an initiative by Louis Schönherr. The textile king wanted to offer Chemnitz workers - including many children at the time - opportunities for recreation.
