Park at the reservoir above the Zellvweg Stüberl

Reith im Alpbachtal is a real flower village. It has only 2,900 inhabitants and almost four times as many colorful window planters full of flowers in every color of the rainbow. The village is located 640 meters high on a sunny plateau. There is a lake in the center of Reith im Alpbachtal. Water lovers can enjoy themselves here.

The Schlitters swimming lake is located directly at the entrance to the Zillertal. The beautiful complex with large, well-maintained lawns, walkways, park-like vegetation and the lake with pleasant water temperatures makes you want to dive straight into the swimming fun. We were here at the beginning of May, unfortunately everything was closed. Most of them start again at the end of May. But it's always worth driving up there and enjoying the view 😌
