Currently (now in November) the route is not recommended because of tree felling work and the path, if there is one, is muddy.

The Vierbucher Mühle was first mentioned in 1576 and was a grain mill for a long time. At the beginning of the 20th century the first summer guests came and in 1953 the mill was closed. Today there is a wildlife park, a fishing park, and a hotel and restaurant. After your hike, you can make yourself comfortable in the beer garden and let yourself be pampered. At this point, the Wiehl is dammed to generate electricity and compensate for flooding. The lake is very rich in fish and therefore popular with anglers. For hikers there are beautiful and attractive paths.
