The former sand and gravel pit Zaßnitz-Biesern is located about 1.5 km south of Rochlitz. Gravel from the Zwickauer Mulde valley dating to the Saale Ice Age was mined there. There are numerous interesting structures along the banks, such as dead wood, water lily fields, weed beds and sandy shallow water areas. It is a great place for fishing, nude bathing and sunbathing.

Beautiful hiking trail around the lake with about 1.8 km.

Boat rental at Lindenvorwerk A gondola ride with the available rowing boats and water pedals on the five-hectare body of water is always an experience and popular with families and young people. Opening hours: Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m Weekdays on request. No rental if it rains. The lime pond at the Lindenvorwerk is easy to walk around. Lots of seating around the pond. You can eat well at the adjacent restaurant and take boat trips.

The Lindenvorwerk is located in the Kohrener Land. It is located on a lake that you can walk around or go by boat. In the immediate vicinity there is a maze of the senses and a mini golf course.
