Great to visit even in winter! There is a parking lot in the immediate vicinity, but the way there is not cleared. So you should drive a suitable vehicle (all-wheel drive, for example). And always park respectfully. Better to avoid weekends if possible.

The nature reserve was first created around 20 years ago by the Auggen youth group. In the following years, however, it grew over and the pond lost its water.
